POSITIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING

Leadership is a vital skill that everyone can learn and improve. Some say it is innate, but many studies have proven there are traits and leadership behaviours that not only improve our ability to lead, but also make us leaders who others want to follow. With many leadership styles across history, what is the science telling us about the most effective form of leadership in our modern volatile, uncertain, complex, & ambiguous (VUCA) world?

Individual and group Positive Leadership Coaching will explore your leadership foundations, challenge your preconceptions and current practice, and expose you to best practice and evidence-based studies. Substantial awareness gains will enable purposeful application of interventions and tools to effectively unlock sustainable positive change in your leadership, & your wider context.

Group Positive Leadership Coaching (5 clients max) involves an initial 30 minute 1:1 on-boarding call, typically followed by 6 group sessions of 90 minutes each, with each session initially two weeks apart (extending the time between later sessions), & concludes with a 60 minute 1:1 coaching session to galvanise learning & ensure a confident plan for your continued sustainable positive leadership progress.
